Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Beach Bod Rx, we are committed to providing elite fitness coaching. Because our programs involve significant upfront delivery of clinical expertise, personalized planning, and immediate resource access, all coaching fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
No Refunds Post-Commencement
Once your coaching period has officially started and your customized training or nutrition protocols have been delivered, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial usage of a coaching block.
Pre-Start Cancellation
Cancellations requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled program start date may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing and admin fee associated with initial assessment development.
Payments and Adherence
Clients are responsible for their own adherence to the provided program. Failed payments or lack of engagement do not constitute grounds for a refund. Access to coaching platforms may be suspended until payment is resolved.
